Terms of Service
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS - The Mid-Island Science, Technology and Innovation Council ("MISTIC") provides the following service to you, subject to these Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated periodically without notice. Failure to comply with these TOS may result in removal of posting. TERMINATION - You agree that MISTIC, in its sole discretion, may terminate your resume posting and remove any service, for any reason, without limitation. MISTIC reserves the right to bar any further access to these services. In addition, you must not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this site or any activity being conducted on this site.POSTING CONTENT - This site is to be used solely for job seeking purposes. You are solely responsible for any information that you submit and agree to submit information about yourself that is true, accurate and current. MISTIC reserves the right to deny any posting containing inappropriate information, such as material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, discriminatory content based on gender, race, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disability, ethnicity, and marital or family status.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES - You understand and agree that:
(a) Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MISTIC expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
(b) MISTIC makes no warranty that (i) the service will meet your requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the software will be corrected.
(c) any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
(d) no advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from MISTIC or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the TOS.
The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and MISTIC and governs your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and MISTIC (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the TOS).
