MISTIC Events

MISTIC organizes activities that increase the awareness and application of science, technology and innovation in business and education. Our future economy depends upon the integration of knowledge about advanced technology, products, careers, and program development by businesses, students and entrepreneurs.

The MISTIC Science, Technology & Innovation Awards were created to increase awareness of the diverse science, technology and innovation taking place in the mid and north island region.  The event takes place on November 5, 2009 at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre.

MISTIC is now offering the archived sessions of the Access to Capital Program Webinars. 
Participants in this series of 4 webinars will have an opportunity to hear one of BC's most successful entrepreneurs explain how to overcome financing challenges and move their company to the next level. (COST: $15 per webinar.) 

Our Workshops and Seminars are designed for entrepreneurs, innovators of new technologies, and business managers who are undertaking research and development projects, export-focused initiatives, business planning and financing for their operations.
